Led a programme of major in-sourcing of HMRC’s middleware development and operations teams from Capgemini to a new HMRC department (RCDTS). This included TUPE of staff, transfer of contractors and tools, licensing and commercial agreements.
Three UK via Tech Mahindra
Led two major programmes to support Three UK’s partnering approach to IT transformation.
– Managed the seamless transfer of IT HelpDesk services from IBM to Tech Mahindra within 3 month timeframe.
– Led a greenfield CRM/Digital programme (involving Salesforce, Vlocity and Adobe) to deliver functionality to Systems Integration Test phase, to enable a ‘go to market’ prepay sim-only proposition.
